Caregiver Education Program: Fun with Food – Starting Solids and Supporting Positive Mealtimes
Saturday, June 8th from 3:30 – 4:30 PM
Join us for a FREE, fun, and informative event about the exciting journey of eating, from starting solid foods to the toddler years and beyond. You will learn about the signs that your little one is ready for solids, how to safely offer a variety of foods at different ages, and how to support positive interactions with food from the start. We’ll tackle common mealtime challenges and picky eating, equipping you with practical tips along the way. Bring your questions and be ready to have fun with food! This class will focus on ages infant-3 years, but some information may be useful for caregivers of older children. Children are enthusiastically invited! This class will be led by Sarah Greer (she/her), a Speech-Language Pathologist and Lactation Counselor from Evergreen Therapy and Consulting.
