Kidzu Children’s Museum has a rich history of partnering with schools and educators both formally and informally since our inception in 2006.
We are looking for current or retired educators to assist our programs department with new, innovative content that inspires children to learn through play. Have ideas you’ve been wanting to share? Join our team! As incentive, Advisory Board members are eligible for Kidzu discounts and special events.

Participating in Activities at an Annual MeetingOur Annual Meeting takes place at kidzu in October after school hours. The date is to be determined, based on our advisors’ schedules.
Free Microscope Workshop
for public school teachers
Monday, October 16th
4:15pm – 6:15pm
UNC Biology Professor, Bob Goldstein will lead teachers through a simple and Free DIY workshop at Kidzu Children’s Museum to build a high quality, low cost smartphone/iPad digital microscope. Advance registration is required. Email Deanna Patrick with your name, school system, grade and subject you teach to save your space!
