The Board of Directors of Kidzu Children's Museum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, invites selected designers to submit their qualifications for the design of a new children's museum to be constructed atop an existing municipal parking structure in downtown Chapel Hill.  The complete Request for Qualifications, plus other relevant documents, can be found in the links above.
