Support Kidzu Children's Museum

Kidzu Children's Museum is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to inspiring children and the adults in their lives to learn through play. Like most children’s museums, admission fees and other revenues cover only a portion of Kidzu’s operating expenses.

Private contributions are needed to help Kidzu continue to provide outstanding hands-on exhibits, family and school programs, and free and discounted admission to school groups and to children in need. Kidzu welcomes financial contributions of any amount. A donation to Kidzu is an investment in our community's young children, families and future.

Here are a few of the ways you can help support Kidzu:
Kidzu’s Annual Circle of Support: Contribute to Kidzu's Annual giving program (click here for a donation form). Link to Annual Circle Info.

Matching gifts: You can double or triple the impact of your gift by taking advantage of your company's matching gift program.

Foundation gifts: Kidzu welcomes donations from family foundations and other philanthrophic organizations. To request a copy of Kidzu's 501(c)(3) status documentation, contact Cathy Maris, Executive Director.

Corporate sponsorships: Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available for Free Community Days, exhibits or special events.

Fundraising Events: Kidzu's fundraising events include Feast for the Imagination (dinner parties throughout the community) and our joint fundraiser with the Chapel Hill Museum Art from the Heart (artwork by local artists and celebrities auctioned on our behalf).

Gifts in memory or honor of someone: Your gift to Kidzu can be made in memory of a loved one such as a family member, a child, a favorite teacher or an individual who made a difference in your life. We can provide a gift acknowledgement letter to the honoree for donations of any amount (click here for a donation form).
